Offer a placement

A CYM Professional Practice Agency (placement) is agreed for the three years duration of the course. The agency may be either a church, group of churches, Christian Charity or Christian organisation.

A Professional Practice Agency benefits from having a student for three years, developing the work and enabling long-term work to be established with children, young people and local communities.  The student benefits from on-going experience in a youth, school, children's work or pioneer ministry post enabling them to develop their skills and expertise, and to relate their studies to their work.
