Virtual learning with MyCYM
MyCYM is the name of CYM's virtual learning environment. Designed specifically for CYM, it contains multi-media content supplementing, supporting and extending the students face to face classroom based learning experience.
As CYM delivers its courses in multiple locations, MyCYM also acts as a point of connectivity with a larger community, all of whom are seeking to develop themselves in knowledge, understanding and skills in ministry in their context. Learning with CYM may therefore involve engaging in online e-learning activities with students and tutors from different locations in the UK. As approaches to ministry with children and young people are varied, this provides the student with a diversity of voices and perspectives which will broaden and deepen their perspective.
MyCYM also acts as a single place for students to access for all critical information regarding their course of study, assignment tasks, and student support services.
