The Centre for Youth Ministry:
BA in Children & Family Work and Practical Theology
This degree will equip you to work informally and in ministry with children, young people and their families in a wide variety of contexts including school, family, community and church.
Students on this course spend two days per fortnight in lectures at Ridley Hall. In addition, they spend between 11 and 20 hours per week undertaking work with children aged between 5 and 14 and their families. Students will also spend time reflecting on their practice in small peer groups and individually with a Professional Practice Tutor.
