Ridleian is new Bishop of Blackburn
The current Archdeacon of Dorking, who trained for ministry in the 1970s at Ridley, is to be the new Bishop of Blackburn following the resignation of the Right Revd Nick Reade in October last year.
Supporting Young Vocations
With last year seeing the highest numbers of young people (under 30s) being accepted for training for the Church of England ministry across the country for 20 years, Ridley has been privileged for the second year in a row to be part of the Young Vocations conference held at Bishop Woodford House in Ely.

Principal portraits on BBC gallery
The college's small collection of oil paintings - portraits of Principals past - have recently been included on the BBC's online gallery "Your Paintings", which documents over 200,000 paintings nationwide.

A launch event in Cambridge will mark the publication of a new book co-edited by Ridley's Tutor in Mission and Homiletics, Dr Paul Weston.
New resource on evangelism
Ridley tutors in Mission & Homiletics and Pioneer Mission Training respectively - Paul Weston and David Male - have co-written a new resource on evangelism. The book has been welcomed by CPAS Leadership Principal James Lawrence as "a thoughtful, engaging, and provocative exploration of why and how we might play our part in God's work of evangelism".
