Roman and Iron Age finds at Ridley
Before the ground is prepared for Ridley's proposed new building, we have been delighted to work in partnership with Access Cambridge Archaeology on an exciting archaeological project. As reported on the BBC's Look East and in the Cambridge News, the 11-day dig in what was formerly the Principal's garden has discovered "tantalising possibilities" of a Roman settlements, and some remains dating back to the Iron Age.
