Events refund policy
The following refund policy may be overriden by a policy stated on the event page.
Delegate substitutions are allowed. Refunds on cancellations will only be issued (less the non-returnable deposit) up to and including one month prior to the event. Refunds will not be issued after this date. Confirmation of cancellation must be in writing and sent or faxed to Ridley Hall at the address and fax number below:
