Mrs Diana Palmer


Diane Palmer's career has been in the education and voluntary sectors, including teaching economics at secondary level in the UK and at tertiary level at the Sorbonne in Paris.

She was founding Director of Common Purpose in Nottingham from 1988 to 1992, when she continued as mentor to new Programme Directors following her move to Cambridge.

She joined Cambridge Assessment in 1994 and was Director of Assessment from 2005 to 2014. Since 2014 she has worked as an international consultant in the area of curriculum and assessment.

She is married to Timothy Jenkins and has three adult children and five grandchildren.
