Cambridge & District Youth for Christ is looking to appoint a part-time Catalyst Worker (18.75 hours per week) to work with the YOUTHINC project to help develop youth ministry with rural churches in South Cambridgeshire.
This is a senior position requiring a range of skills: developing strategy with church leaders as well as delivering youth group sessions with young people. The successful applicant will enable young people to grow as disciples, volunteers to grow in their skills and confidence, and churches to grow in their vision and capacity to reach and serve young people.
The role is 18.75 hours per week, flexible, for a salary of up to £21,000 (depending on experience) based on 37.5 hours per week and could be offered as part of a placement in partnership with Ridley Hall.
