Sports Ministry team expands at Ridley Lay Ministry
We are excited to welcome the Revd Danny Driver, who trained for ordination at Ridley, and Rob French, Director of Sports Ministry for PSALMS, as associate tutors with a focus on the sports ministry specialism within Ridley Lay Ministry.
Both Danny and Rob bring a wealth of experience in sports ministry within both church and para-church settings, and join Professor Andrew Parker and others, including Ridley Associate Graham Daniels, as we strengthen and grow our sports ministry offering.
Training for sports ministry at Ridley Hall is focused on developing leaders in sports ministry as part of the Church of England's National Sport and Wellbeing Project, which was created by a fellow Ridley Associate and Director of Evangelism & Discipleship at the CofE, the Revd Dave Male, and is being led by the Revd Natalie Andrews (Ry. 2010-12).
