Ridley Dining: Our 2023 sample menus

Click on a tab below to view our current Gourmand, Prestige and wine menus for Autumn/Winter 2022.

Please choose one meat/fish & one vegetarian starter option, one meat/fish and one vegetarian main course option, and one dessert. Guests with any dietary requirements other than vegetarian will be catered for separately.

Gourmand menu

Our 2023 Autumn/Winter Gourmand menu

Rye, beer & treacle bread, whipped butter with sage & leek (G, D, SD)

To start

Confit chicken & roasted pepper terrine, chicken liver parfait, caramelised pear (D, E, SD)

Roasted butternut squash velouté, apple, celery, slow roasted garlic, pumpkin seeds. (VEG, C)

Roasted fig, Cambridge blue panna-cotta, caramelised onion, pickled blackberries & cob nuts. (V, D, N, SD)

Lime cured red mullet, crab crème fraiche, pea & mint mousse (F, CR, D)

To follow

Yorkshire herb fed chicken, pomme fondant, braised red cabbage, wild mushrooms & roast chicken sauce (D, SD, C)

Honey & thyme beetroot press, ricotta & spinach tortellini, glazed chicory & prunes (V, D, G, E, SD)

Blade of beef, oxtail ravioli, slow roasted tomato, potato terrine, tarragon sauce (D, C, G, E, SD)

Fillet of sea trout, pomme dauphine, cider braised mussels, leek & fennel (F, MO, D, E, G, C, SD)

To Finish

Plum & sloe gin Pavlova, dark chocolate & hazelnuts (V, D, E, SD, N)

Black forest parfait, chocolate brownie, black cheery ice-cream (V, E, D, SD, G)

Classic lemon tart, raspberry sorbet, amaretto biscuit (V, G, E, D, SD)

Jerusalem artichoke mousse, caramelised onion, hazelnut & honey granola (V, D, N, G)

Lobster tail & ravioli, crayfish bisque, lemon & chervil (£4.50 supplement) (CR, SD, C, D, G, E)
