Do you have a bar?
You will be offered a wine list to choose from for wine with your meal. There is also an option of pre-dinner prosecco and canapes. Other drinks preferences for before, during and after dinner (such as sprits, lagers and ales) can be made at the time of booking and we will do our best to meet all requests!
- Can we play music?
Can we play music?
We have Bluetooth speakers in the dining hall ready for you connect and play your own playlist. Alternatively, we can play our own ambient music should you prefer.
- Do I need to pre-order the food?
Do I need to pre-order the food?
Yes. We ask that when confirming your booking, you confirm numbers and we require pre-orders 2 weeks before your event date.
- What if some of my guests cancel?
What if some of my guests cancel?
This is inevitable, and it is fine to change numbers before the event. However, any reductions less than x5 days before your event will still be charged. Our minimum numbers are x25, and we will charge for this even if numbers fall below. Please see our cancellation policy in our terms and conditions should the whole event need to be cancelled.

Yes. We add 12.5% service charge onto every bill.
- Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes. We ask for a deposit of 10% of the food bill to be paid no later than 2 weeks before the booking, and at the same time as pre-orders. See our booking Terms and conditions.
- Is there parking?

Ridley Hall has a limited number of parking spaces available and we would encourage travelling here by public transport. Please discuss your parking needs at the time of booking, including disabled car parking spaces.
- How accessible is your venue?

Our main entrance and dining hall are all wheelchair accessible, access to the dining hall is via x2 stair lifts. Our toilet is on the ground floor. Accessible car parking spaces are available on request, we will do our best to meet all needs but spaces are limited and so cannot be guaranteed.

Ridley Hall is a non-smoking venue. Anyone wishing to smoke or vape should do so outside the main front gates.
- How do we tell you about allergies?

We will ask you about allergies when confirming the booking and when receiving the pre-order, and we ask that you ensure all allergens are communicated to us. All of our menus have the allergen information displayed, and you can read our Food Allergens Policy here.
