Role Summary
Ridley Hall are a Christ centred community gathered around the study of theology and the pursuit of biblical wisdom. We are looking to appoint a new chair to lead our Trustee Board.
Our primary hope is to appoint a prayerful, committed Christian who locates themselves within the Evangelical tradition of the Church of England. Our new Chair of Trustees will also need to have integrity and humility in enabling the college to be the best it can be, and be a wise and courageous leader who can work with the Board and the leadership team to implement clear and inspiring strategic direction. Our new Chair also needs to have sufficient time and energy to invest in the role to quickly develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
