Thank you for making the choice to start the application process to study at Ridley Hall! This application process happens in a couple of steps.

Are you in the Discernment Process in the Church of England?

To train for ordination at Ridley, you will need the support of the Church of England.

Come and visit us! Fill in the form below, and we'll be in touch with more details about visiting us.

Join us on one of our regular Open Afternoons even before you have attended Stage 1 Carousel Conversations and/or Stage 2 Discernment Panels, as long as you have the support of your DDO. If you have not been recommended for training yet, we will be pleased to make a conditional offer to you.

If you have not started the discernment process in the Church of England yet, you will first need to approach your parish clergy or chaplain for initial conversations. In the meantime, you are welcome to come to Ridley to study theology as an independent student.
