Charlotte is a member of the Academic Team and has worked in several roles within Higher Education.

Charlotte is currently seconded to act as Durham University Liaison Officer at the Cambridge Theological Federation.

As Taught Programmes Officer, Charlotte assists the Academic Dean in administration of the range of courses studied at Ridley Hall, including the Common Awards and the Bachelor of Theology for Ministry degree. She provides advice to individual students and oversees enrolments, course choices and changes of programme.

She works with colleagues at Ridley and across the Federation to monitor student progress, and contributes to reviews of the academic timetable, curriculum and teaching delivery. Charlotte is also responsible for undergraduate admissions to Flexible Study pathways, and is secretary to Ridley Hall's Education and Formation Committee.

Charlotte is from West Yorkshire and studied English Literature at the University of Leeds and Queen Mary College, London. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, theatre and walking in the Pennines.
