Ridley Hall Student Complaint Procedure

Note to staff: Our staff grievance procedure can be found on the intranet under Policies.

(Subject to revision by the College Trustees)

This procedure applies to all student members of Ridley Hall and may be invoked in the event that a student has a grievance (which he or she has not been able to resolve through personal contact and reconciliation) against a member of staff of the Hall, a member of staff of the Cambridge Theological Federation or one of its member Houses, or a member of staff in a placement location outside the Federation.
