A stepped approach to training
We know that training for ministry is a big commitment and needs to be thought through carefully and prayfully.
That's why, here at Ridley Hall, we offer a stepped approach to training for ministry with children, young people and in sport. Each step is undertaken in a year. At the end of each year, you can leave with the relevant qualification, or you can progress to the next step.
You can start at step one, two or five, depending on your previous education and current experience.
