
Howard is our Executive Head Chef. He has 17 years experience in catering, focused mainly in high end restaurants and hotels. Along with his new team, Howard wants to bring some of those huge influences to every day life at Ridley, aiming to provide balanced, healthy, seasonal, varying and generally delicious food.
In his last role, before coming to Ridley, he was Head Chef at the Cock Inn at Hemingford grey, where he held a place in the Michelin guide and led the kitchen to win the Good Pub guide's national pub of the year 2019, an accolade of which he is extremely proud to have been a part of.
Prior to The Cock Inn, he was Head Chef with the National Trust at Wimpole Hall, catering across multiple sites for up to 2,000 people a day.
Outside of college, Howard is married to Nicola and they have two young children.He is huge cricket fan and is also the lead guitarist of a rock band.
