Vacancy: Domestic Bursar (maternity cover)
We are looking for temporary cover for the role of Domestic Bursar at Ridley Hall.
Maternity Cover: Temporary for 9 mths, starting mid-late August
Hours: Part-time, 22.5 hours per week
Reporting directly to the Principal, this is a senior management role in the College, charged with ensuring the delivery and highest quality of facilities and services in support of the College’s mission of preparing leaders for the church. Balancing operational and strategic priorities, the role holder will lead, and have line management responsibility for, the College’s Catering, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Gardening, Conferencing and Reception departments.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated operations manager, with a good grounding in the service sector. Strong interpersonal and people management skills will be essential as will the ability to use initiative and to communicate effectively with the various interested parties: College officers, staff, students, alumni, visitors and suppliers.
